2020 was a challenging year of cancelled events and restrictions that affected small downtown businesses such as restaurants and shops. Against this backdrop, however, there were still exciting initiatives underway that were highlighted in this report. Downtown Partnership of Baltimore (DPOB) hired a new director and also launched new branding in 2020. This 28-page report features a complex die-cut and is replete with over 20 infographics and numerous photos throughout.
