Monarch Mills

A client of ours for over a decade, Sagesse, Inc., is a Baltimore-based marketing firm that focuses on strategy, branding, and marketing primarily for real estate developers, economic development organizations, and communities. Depicted below are a few examples of the many marketing materials we designed for Sagesse for the 2011 opening of Monarch Mills, an apartment community in Columbia, Maryland. Reflecting the accessibility of parks and green spaces to this community, we created the logo and carried the fresh, upscale look through all of the materials including, but not limited to, signage, stationery, web and print advertising.
