Downtown Partnership of Baltimore

Each year, Downtown Partnership of Baltimore (DPOB) produces a State of Downtown report that is distributed and presented to investors, developers, and business leaders. Available for download on their website, too, the State of Downtown Baltimore Report is a “look back in time; an analysis of how the economic heart of Baltimore performed in the previous year.” Included in these reports are statistical comparisons between Baltimore and other metropolitan areas and easy-to-navigate references related to office space, employment, housing, developments, and retail and hospitality downtown.
